Send a photograph of the turn
If you want to know whether something will come down your stairs, a photograph taken from the flight above the turn plus one measurement will usually answer it. Send those and we will tell you straight.
We reply on working days, once we have looked at it properly.

Office hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Saturday mornings, 09:00 to 13:00. Anything arriving outside those hours is read on the next working day.
What to send
Both addresses with floor numbers. The clear diagonal at your tightest staircase turn. The narrowest doorway on the route. The longest rigid dimension of your largest item. If there is a lift, its door width and car depth.
And photographs: the turn from above, the front of the building from the nearest point a vehicle can stop, and the largest item in the room it is in. Those three pictures answer more than a page of description.
Surveys
For houses, for anything above the second floor without a lift, and for any job where an item is close to the limit, ask for a survey. We would rather come and look than be wrong about a staircase.
Complaints
In writing to the email address above, with the booking reference and what went wrong. We will acknowledge it, look into it and reply. The formal procedure and the periods that apply to it are set out in the booking contract.
